We service South East Queensland, including Brisbane's northern and southern suburbs, Bayside, Ipswich, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. Include your property address when enquiring so we can review your location and site requirements.
How much does a plunge pool cost?
Your pool's price depends on its size, your chosen Classic, Deluxe or Platinum range, and the installation requirements at your property. Our price guide provides starting prices, while your personalised quote will clearly explain inclusions, exclusions and any additional costs identified during the site assessment.
Will a plunge pool suit my backyard, especially if access is limited?
Plunge pools can be a great option for smaller backyards, but suitability depends on more than the pool's dimensions. We assess the available space, access for excavation and crane placement, nearby structures and services, and space for equipment and fencing. Limited access doesn't necessarily rule out a pool — it requires careful planning.
Can my plunge pool be installed above ground or partially in ground?
Depending on the selected pool model and site conditions, installations can be fully in-ground, partially in-ground or above ground. We'll help you explore a suitable option for your property, taking engineering, drainage, access and pool-barrier requirements into account.
How long does installation take?
Precast concrete pools are manufactured before arriving at your property, reducing the construction work required on site. Your overall timeframe depends on approvals, pool availability, excavation, weather and any additional building works; however, the on-site installation stage is typically completed in two or three days. We'll outline the expected schedule and explain what needs to be completed before your pool is ready to use.
Do I need building approval and pool fencing?
Yes. A new plunge pool in Queensland requires building approval and a compliant pool safety barrier, including above-ground installations. We'll guide you through the requirements for your project and clarify responsibility for approvals, fencing and inspections in your quote. An above-ground pool does not automatically remove the need for fencing.
Can I choose the tiles, coping and optional extras?
Yes. You can personalise your pool with tile and coping selections from our Classic, Deluxe and Platinum ranges. You can also discuss options such as heating, lighting and pool covers with our team. Available choices and pricing will be confirmed for your selected pool and package.
Can you also help with decks, renovations and outdoor entertaining areas?
Yes. Working with our parent company, Newer Constructions, we can help with decks, outdoor entertaining areas and broader home renovations, allowing your pool and surrounding spaces to be planned together.
